Class H 180
Class H 180 is used as an insulator for electric motor grooves. It is resistant to the rigorous machine-made winding process, and can also be applied in high temperature transformers and insulation between winding phases.
It consists of a polyester film, coated on both sides with aramid paper (Nomex®), bonded with a synthetic thermosetting adhesive.
It has high dielectric strength, excellent adhesion of impregnating varnish or drip resin to the laminate. Low moisture absorption, good thermal and chemical resistance.
isolex paper
Flexible electrical insulator with a smooth surface and thermal class A (105°C). These characteristics make Isolex Paper suitable for insulating channels of electric motors, transformers, rotors and switches. Can be used in joints or separators.
Diamond 130
Diamond 130 is a kraft paper coated on one or both sides with synthetic resin in stage B for insulation between layers.
Very useful for insulating oil transformer coils and reactors. Also in the manufacture of regulators, voltage motors and especially transformers.
It is produced in brown color, with resins in the shape of triangles, which adhere to temperature during application.
